The whole weekend was well worth the what seemed like a never ending journey. The quilts were absolutely amazing, the majority being "our style" of quilting. Truly soul reviving & inspiration in bounds.
We also enjoyed some gorgeous food; I was in in gluten-free heaven. I even got fish & chips and waffles (they were to die for, I had them for both breakfasts). And of course what would a weekend away be without a wine or two.
We ventured into many beautiful shops, just too many delights!! The Renovators Barn was fabulous, requiring more time and a visit in cooler weather.
There will definitely be a return trip, maybe with our men, maybe not! Lots more to discover in this historic region of our country.
I hope you enjoy the little sampling of photos
